What is Code Generator and how do I use it?

If you have login approvals turned on, the Code Generator will create a unique code to let you access your account each time you log in from a new computer or phone. People often choose to use Code Generator instead of text messages (SMS) if they have trouble receiving text messages (or don't receive them quickly enough). You can use Code Generator from an iPhone, iPad or Android.

Using Code Generator

iPhone or iPad app

1.Tap [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] (top left menu)
2.Scroll down to Code Generator
3.Follow the directions to activate it

The next time you log into your account from an unknown device, tap Code Generator to see your access code. This code will refresh every 30 seconds.

Android app
To install the Code Generator app:

1.Tap [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] (top left menu) > Account > Code Generator
2.Tap Activate
3.Wait 1-2 minutes
4.Collect your code
